This institution had influence Békés county. Several people who belonged to elit established the „Fehér-Kereszt Országos Lelencház” Association and eleven rural organizations for instance Békés county organization too. Establishment was an example for social initiatives. These associations worked in an effective way. Kálmán Széli Prime Minister had an aim in mind for to setup state child protection, so he came to an arrangement with leaders of these civil groups. Buildings of the civil organizations were nationalized by the State. I have researched in to this topic and Process by arcives sources. | |
