By looking for a practical common denominator of spirituality among them, we found that every religion or spiritual movement aims at the development of the personality of its followers. The main inside root of spirituality is love: to help our or others development. This is a common factor in the different religions and spiritual movements. Our work took place in the context of a therapeutic community and integrated four dimensions of the clinical work (biological, sociotherapeutic, psychotherapeutic and spiritual) – in a Jungian depth psychological framework. | |
