I will present a detailed description of the primary sources of law of the particular age, of the unwritten law and of the proposal criminal law of 1843 related to my research concerning the above mentioned three principles. In my study in accordance with my lecture given at the conference, I will introduce the sanctions of homicide committed in an impulsive mental state from the practice of the Jászkun District. Looking at the differences and similarities in the sources of law we can conclude that although the unwritten law was the trendsetter, in certain branches of law (for example procedural law) we can follow the national practice. | |
