Upper Cretaceous pollen grains from Egypt VI.
Intratriporopollenites aegypticus n. fsp. is described in this short communication. The most important earliest occurrences of the fossil "tilioide pollen grains" is discussed. In the context of Africa the new pollen grain described is the oldest.
