| Tartalmi kivonat: | Nowadays, leaders are facing more and more challenges and the ethical leadership behavior is a new aspect of these challenges. After the financial crisis many papers were published in the international literature, which focused on this interesting topic however, in the national literature there are only a few publications that deal with ethical leadership and in Hungary we can read only a few empirical studies about this topic. In my study, I would like to fill this gap. Based on the most important publications in the international literature I introduce the most important ethical leadership approaches and the definitions of ethical leadership. I present the components and the misconceptions in connection with the ethical management. Furthermore I will show some directions for possible future research as well. |
