After the financial crisis many papers were published in the international literature, which focused on this interesting topic however, in the national literature there are only a few publications that deal with ethical leadership and in Hungary we can read only a few empirical studies about this topic. In my study, I would like to fill this gap. Based on the most important publications in the international literature I introduce the most important ethical leadership approaches and the definitions of ethical leadership. I present the components and the misconceptions in connection with the ethical management. Furthermore I will show some directions for possible future research as well. | |
