This article focuses on four fundamental aspects of data protection: (1) Conditions for legitimate data processing ( including sensitive data) (2) Rights of data subjects (3) Obligations of data controllers (4) Legal framework ( Including remedies) In the final part of the article, I shall try to reveal the shortcomings of these fundamental aspects. |
