It describes the main regulations of the Constitution, and goes into details on the relevant practices of the Hungarian Constitutional Court. It describes the coherence of the anti-discrimination, the general equality in law and the basic right to human dignity. It states the differences between legal and illegal difference-making with a special attention to labour and social law. It emphasizes the constitutional guarantees of the demand for equal treatment. And finally, it makes a question: does the constitutional background provide the necessary legal defence for the employees? |
