| Tartalmi kivonat: | The Hungarian primary school, as a type of school, is celebrating its 77th birthday this year. In addition to presenting the circumstances of its creation, my study focuses on the debate surrounding the education of primary school teachers. Teachers from the Ministry of Education, the Trade Union, the Public Education Council and various types of schools have presented theit arguments in the professional media, mainly in the journal titled „Köznevelés”. Primary school teacher training began in 1947, but it has come a long way in consolidating the system. Keywords: primary school, teacher training, history of higher education A magyar általános iskola, mint iskolatípus idén ünnepli 77. születésnapját. Tanulmányomban létrehozása körülményeinek bemutatása mellett az általános iskolai tanárképzés körüli vita került a középpontba. Az oktatási minisztérium, a szakszervezet, a Köznevelési Tanács és a különböző iskolatípusok pedagógusai a szakmai médiumokban, elsősorban a Köznevelés című folyóiratban fejtették ki érveiket. 1947-ben útjára indult az általános iskolai tanárképzés, de hosszú út vezetett a rendszer megszilárdulásáig. |
