| Tartalmi kivonat: | My research is for the purpose of examining the Middle East relations of Hungary in the 1960s-1980s. I mainly focus on the relations between Hungary and Iraq, which cannot be separated from Hungary’s relations with Iran, the relationship between the two neighbouring countries and the international political situation, requirements and habits of the examined period. To accomplish the above-mentioned requirements, firstly I introduce the international situation at the time and then the history of the two countries so that I can illustrate their external relations and their relationship with Hungary according. My research would contribute to the knowledge about Hungarian–Middle Eastern relations, which is also important because few studies exist on this subject. |
